William Guild, Ph. D.

Will Guild has conducted quantitative and qualitative market, public opinion, and employee research for 19 years. He consults with business, government, and trade/professional associations conducting research and helping them understand how to use the results of research. Dr. Guild has helped pioneer the use of Deliberative Polling TM as a research tool for companies trying to gain insight into the future needs and desires of customers. In addition, the role of customer service in the success of organizations has been a major focus of Dr. Guild's work. He received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 and a Ph.D. in community-social psychology from Boston College in 1981.

Guild

As a financial controller, data processing manager and software developer, Robert Guild has more than 15 years' experience in database management and software design. He has developed financial accounting software for the oil and gas industry, marketing software used in more than 40 hospitals across the U.S. and inbound/outbound
tele-management software for marketing research and sales management. He earned a
B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973 and was licensed as a CPA in 1980.

Keith Owen, Ph.D.

Keith Owen has consulted with a variety of
organizations for over 20 years, conducting customer and employee research as
well as program evaluation. He has also
worked with clients in the areas of strategic planning, change management, and
leadership development. A focus of Dr.
Owen’s work has been the development of measurement systems that link leadership
practices and employee behaviors to customer satisfaction and business
performance. He graduated from the University
of Texas at Austin with a doctorate in experimental psychology. Dr. Owen has published numerous articles and
co-authored five books in the area of organizational and individual
development.

Ron Mundy

Ron Mundy has been developing data collection, database software, and other computer applications for 15 years. He has developed and implemented web based applications for organizational development activities, as well as computer based training and intervention strategies. He has implemented customized computer related solutions for many Fortune 100 companies through research, analysis, planning, program development, program implementation, support and program evaluation. Mr. Mundy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Angela
Broun

Angela Broun has experience in many phases of marketing, customer satisfaction, employee,
and public opinion research, including program setup, data tabulation, and
management of field operations. She graduated from Southwest Texas State
University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and joined the
Guild Group in 1994.
