| For a major natural gas
supplier, success depended on a quick response to a "window of
opportunity" to enter the Minneapolis natural gas market. The Public
Utility Commission kept moving that window and redefining the rules so
we needed a flexible partner. The Guild Group was able to design and
redesign the scope of the project and the script on a real-time basis,
allowing us to use feedback from early efforts to fine-tune the balance
